I’m Charlie, Co-Founder of Circl. My journey with coaching began at a Pupil Referral Unit in North West London, where I saw the power of coaching skills to transform young people’s confidence.

Ten years later, I met Adrian, then COO of Just Eat, and together we launched Circl to unite professionals and underrepresented young people in a shared learning experience. Our mission is clear: to build a world where anyone—regardless of background—can learn to lead. That mission is what drives me every day.

Hi, I’m Rosa, Director of Operations at Circl. After 15 years in digital advertising, working for major industry leaders in tech and innovation like Amazon and Microsoft, I decided to shift my focus to social impact. I’m passionate about helping young people from underrepresented backgrounds launch their careers by building the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

I’m thrilled to be part of Circl, where we’re committed to fostering inclusive cultures and creating opportunities for everyone. For me, it’s all about making a real difference—using my experience to help others build their futures.

I’m Victor, Head of Marketing & Community and I’m passionate about using storytelling to drive real impact. I believe marketing isn’t just about reaching people—it’s about connecting with them in a way that inspires action, builds trust, and creates lasting change.

I get to champion campaigns that highlight diverse voices, elevate our young leaders, and engage our incredible network of partners and alumni. I’m driven by the belief that inclusive leadership can shape a better future.

I'm Tom, Head of Partnerships & Culture at Circl. After completing the Teach First Programme in 2014, I established Grounded Sounds, a charity based in Brixton with a mission to empower young people through music. After 7 years, I stepped away to complete my coaching certification and joined the OnPurpose leadership development programme.

With a background in coaching, youth work and leadership development, I promote our programme far and wide to potential Future Leaders through developing our youth partnerships. Alongside this, my focus is to build on the great culture that we have at Circl.

I’m Eleanor, Head of Account Management and Coaching at Circl. A constant throughout my professional journey has been the pursuit of meaningful behavioural change. As an accredited ICF Coach (PCC) with over 1,000 hours of coaching experience, I have seen firsthand the transformative impact coaching can have.

With the Circl Programme, I’m passionate about how coaching plays a central role in connecting professionals and young people from underrepresented backgrounds, empowering them to learn and apply this life-changing tool together.

Hey, I'm Erin, Account Manager at Circl. My role here allows me to keep in touch with my organised, structured 'Virgo' side but I'm also a very creative person, with a background in video production, digital art, marketing, and graphic design.

Growing up in the West Country, I've seen first-hand the impact access to opportunities like Circl has on those who are typically underserved. Since I can remember, I've been driven by the idea of creating space for underrepresented young people and working here enables me to do so in a like-minded team every day!

As Head of Programme Delivery at Circl, I oversee the execution of our learning programmes, ensuring smooth operations and excellent participant experiences. My background in digital learning and education paired with my educational background in Psychology and Neuroscience fuels my passion for understanding how people learn, grow, and unlock their full potential.

Hi, I'm Jack, Business Partnerships Manager at Circl. I spent 5 years living in South Korea, working in and managing schools there.

Since returning to the UK I wanted to continue in the space of helping people develop & learn, and Circl is the best place for me to do that, while also providing social impact and supporting communities of young underrepresented people.

Hi, I’m Scarlett! I’m a Marketing Executive at Circl and the person behind the likes, comments and posts you see online. My background is in technology, innovation and media marketing, but what excites me most is turning ideas into stories that connect with people.

I am passionate about growth, both my own and others, and I love finding creative ways to make change feel possible. I am always exploring new ways to learn, reflect and challenge myself. For me, it is about sparking conversation, building confidence and helping others see what they are truly capable of.
