What is Coach Club?
Circl Coach Club is an annual subscription for Leader as Coach alumni, designed to help them practise and embed the skills from the core programme at their own pace through flexible group learning.
Members are invited to join monthly Coaching Circls, led by executive coaches, where they can practise the skills from the core programme alongside like-minded leaders in Coach Club.
Coach Club is for Circl alumni who want a consistent, flexible space to continue practising coaching, strengthen confidence, and sustain a coaching-led approach to leadership.

How Coach Club Works
The Circl programme changes how you lead. Coach Club makes that change permanent. Coach Club is the practice tier inside the Circl Community for alumni who want their coaching to stay sharp, active and real.

Instead of additional learning or skill-stretch activities like Infinity, the focus is on co-coaching and practising alongside Circl alumni, so coaching becomes a natural part of how you lead.
