Coach Club

Welcome to Coach Club!

The Circl programme changes how you lead. Coach Club makes that change permanent. Coach Club is the practice tier inside the Circl Community for alumni who want their coaching to stay sharp, active and real.

Coach Club is where Circl alumni practise, connect and embed coaching skills. This enables them to strengthen confidence, reinforce inclusive leadership behaviours and sustain coaching culture across organisations.

Coach Club is for Circl Future Leaders and Professionals who:

  • Have completed a Circl programme

  • Are already being looked to by others for guidance, support or leadership

  • Want to turn their lived experience into something useful for others

  • Aspire towards people leadership or leadership positions
