  • Circl is designed for professionals who want to become more inclusive, effective leaders. It’s ideal for people managers, mid/upper management and those passionate in building diverse, high-performing teams.

  • You’ll develop key inclusive leadership skills such as active listening, powerful questioning, and coaching for development. You’ll also gain real-world coaching experience by working directly with a young, underrepresented leader—giving you practical insights into cross-generational and diverse leadership styles.

  • The programme includes:

    • An Information session - a virtual session designed for interested participants to learn more about the programme before you sign up.

    • A Launch Event to kick things off

    • 1-2-1 coaching sessions with a young leader

    • Interactive bi-weekly sessions to deepen your learning with your peers

    • Live observations during the session from your coach to refine your coaching style

    • A Wrap-up event and Graduation to reflect and celebrate progress!

    Expect roughly 20 hours over 3 months, with sessions designed to fit around your schedule.

  • Unlike traditional courses, Circl focuses on practical, two-way learning. You'll learn by doing—coaching a young person while being coached in return, building the kind of leadership today’s teams actually respond to. Circl doesn’t just teach leadership—it transforms how you lead. By coaching and being coached in return, you develop a leadership style rooted in adaptability and real-world experience.

  • By participating, you're also giving a young person from an underrepresented background access to world-class leadership coaching and professional networks. It’s a leadership experience that empowers both you and the next generation of leaders.

  • Not at all. You’ll be trained and supported throughout the programme. All we ask is that you show up with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to learn and grow.

  • The programme is designed to fit around your work. You’ll spend around 2 hours every two weeks across three months. All sessions are virtual.

  • You’ll receive:

    • Expert-led training and resources

    • A dedicated Circl Team member

    • Ongoing support from the Circl team and wider community

    • A Foundational coaching certification accredited/recognised by the Association for Coaching

  • Absolutely. Many of our participants log Circl as part of their CPD (Continuing Professional Development) or internal learning pathways. We’re happy to provide documentation or support for this.
